RIDE32 ("we", "us", "our") operates a mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspection service serving the East Bay, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

To book and perform an inspection, we collect:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email (optional).
- Vehicle details — year, make, model, and the address or city where the vehicle is located.
- Scheduling details — your preferred date, time window, and service area.
- Notes — any additional information you choose to share, such as seller contact info or specific concerns.
Payment Information
Your $200 inspection is paid by credit or debit card through our secure checkout, handled by our payment processor (Base44 Payments / Wix). We do not see or store your full card number — only the payment processor receives and stores your card data.
How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and confirm your inspection appointment.
- To dispatch our inspector to the vehicle location.
- To contact you about your appointment and deliver your inspection findings.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only as needed to operate the service — for example, with our payment processor to charge your card and with our inspector so they can reach the vehicle. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
Data Retention
We keep your booking and inspection records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and handle follow-up questions, then delete or anonymize them.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Because we are a call/text-only service, simply reach out and we will respond.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
